David Rubin has been admitted to the Connecticut Bar since 1984 and has focused his practice on contested divorce and custody cases for over 15 years.  He prepares every case as though it were going to trial to ensure the best settlement or court verdict.  From his office in Stamford he represents clients throughout Fairfield County in difficult and complex matters including cases with complex division of assets.  Attorney Rubin represents clients in the courts in Stamford, Danbury, Bridgeport, Milford and New Haven.  His office offers free on-site garage parking.  Attorney Rubin is available for evening and weekend appointments.  He takes great care to return all phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours.  He  may be called for a free telephone consultation directly on his cell phone at 203-428-4958.

In 1977 Attorney Rubin graduated magna cum laude from Yale University where he was elected to the Phi Betta Kappa Society.  He earned his law degree at Columbia University in 1984 and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar the same year.  Since 2000 he has been a principal in the law firm of Engelman, Noyes & Rubin, L.L.P. which has offices in Stamford and New Haven.
